Our clients sought to create a family estate that will house three generations. An existing gambrel roof house sitting on a ridge overlooking the Bantam valley below, provided an idyllic opportunity for extensive renovation and expansion. The separate Cape Cod and Colonial Revival houses are adjoined with a glass vestibule to both separate them stylistically yet provide the necessary ease of connection. Construction is slated to begin 2024.
